Unfortunately, because most of our products are intended for one-time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final, with no exceptions.
For Damage Items
If an item is damaged, please inform us within three (3) business days. Ensure a picture of the damaged item, the style number, and the invoice number. After approval, we will ship out a replacement with your next non-expedited order. Please include a note in the comment area when placing the next order to include the replacement for the item received damaged with the corresponding invoice number. We do not pay for any shipping or upgraded shipping charges for items received damaged/or in error. We will happily send you a replacement with your next order.
Incorrect Items Received
Brides must notify Royal Lily of any incorrect items within three business days of receiving the order. Suppose an item you ordered is received incorrectly due to an error on behalf of Wedding Factory Direct. In that case, we will send a replacement with your next order, along with a return label to ship back the incorrect item. You will be charged if the wrong item is not returned to us within seven days. You will be responsible for the additional upgraded charges if upgraded shipping is required.
